If you have any questions, please contact our studio manager at [email protected]. This agreement is made between you (as listed above) hereinafter “You”, and Adrienne Maples Photography, INC., hereinafter “Us/We”. Also view our Terms & Conditions.

1 ) Sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge, provided you give us written notice 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling your Session for a second time will forfeit your Session.

Please be punctual. We try our best to allow for some flexibility. However, if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we will have to reschedule your Session ($50 fee applies).

2 ) Other cameras or video recorders are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

3 ) We maintain the right to reschedule the Session appointment due to inclement weather or personal emergency.

4 ) In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, loss, or theft of our equipment, we are not responsible for any images lost or stolen. If such an event takes place within 90 days of your completed session, we will issue a full refund.

ORDERING &/or Requesting Files

5 ) Your images will be ready for viewing approximately 2 weeks after your Session. Once you receive your proofs, RESPOND with your file request within 10 days. Custom files included with your session MUST be requested within 30 days of completing your session or additional fees might be applicable.

6 ) Once you’ve placed an order for prints and products, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Due to the custom nature of our products, they are sold “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Once you place an order, it may not be modified or canceled. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of its receipt.
