Photography Classes for Beginners in Overland Park
Offering photography classes which are designed for beginners. We begin by building a basic foundation learning to use the basic tools of the camera: ISO, Shutter Speed & Aperture.
After each class, we encourage students to practice assignments while referencing the source materials provided. We ask students to practice & complete assignments prior to each lesson.
Every lesson will begin by reviewing the assignment & discussing whether the student achieved the objective.
- Hands-on class covers camera controls, ISO, aperture / shutter speeds, color balance, image composition
- Discover available light and how to see, bend and use it to your advantage.
- Learn how focus works, depth of field and lens selection to control your final composition.
- The use of flash, reflectors and scrims in outdoor photography
